ATAPCO decided in the early stages of the Design Documentation phase that they would pursue National Green Building Standard certification for the Creekside Apartments because of the scope of the project as well as the applicability of the NGBS rating system.  ATAPCO went above and beyond storm water quality and quantity requirements by using 100% native landscaping, which reduces the need for irrigation.
