The intent of the team was to craft a building that is both elegant and cost effective. The new project includes 100,765 SF of Shell Office Space, 9,690 SF of Building Amenities, which includes a fitness center and 9,545 SF of Common Areas.

  • 15.7% energy savings
  • 20% of materials contained recycled content
  • 75% construction and waste debris diverted from landfills
