2 Hopkins Plaza

2 Hopkins Plaza is a mixed-use conversion by Berman Enterprises of the existing PNC Bank office tower in downtown Baltimore. The renovations will turn the top 11 floors to apartments and bottom floors to office space for several hundred employees of the Army Corp of Engineers. The building is home to one of the City’s new bike share stations and has direct access to new bike lanes that run from 29th street at Johns Hopkins University to Pratt Street downtown.

 

The Enclave at Box Hill

The Enclave at Box Hill is a nearly 40-acre residential development project in Abingdon, Maryland currently underway and spearheaded by Bavar Properties Group and Murn Development. The phased project will feature around 400 units when fully built out, ranging in size from one bedroom apartments to three bedroom townhomes.

300 St. Paul Place is a residential conversion of an existing office building in the heart of downtown Baltimore by developer PMC Property Group. The building was constructed in 1957 by Commercial Credit Corporation and has served as office space for a number of financial institutions since then, including Citigroup Inc. The new design will preserve the iconic façade while modernizing the interior spaces and adding amenities for tenants.

2001 West Cold Spring Lane, also known as The Woodberry, is a mixed-use development project by Klein Enterprises and Manekin located in north Baltimore, at the juncture of Cold Spring Lane and Interstate 83. It will include significant residential and retail spaces in close proximity to the light rail and hiking and biking trails. The project also represents a win for the local environment, as the site will experience significant environmental remediation to clean up the remnants of its past use as a BG&E gas storage facility.

Verde at Greenbelt Station consists of 302 market rate apartments with a 468-space parking garage.  Verde is the sole apartment building in the South Core Greenbelt Metro PUD, a transit-oriented development that will be directly connected to the Greenbelt Metro station.  The building has been designed to meet LEED Gold standards, allowing residents to enjoy an energy efficient and healthy lifestyle.  Among many sustainable characteristics are a 129.6 KW solar array, water-efficient plumbing fixtures and landscaping, tankless gas-fired water heaters, low-emitting indoor finish materials, ample bike storage, direct access to DC’s metro system, and electric vehicle charging stations.
