To better serve our clients and the green community at large, Lorax developed LoraxPRO, a software service designed to simplify and automate the US Green Building Council’s LEED certification process. LoraxPRO was developed using Lorax Partnerships’ extensive green building industry experience gained by serving many of the top owners and developers in the Mid-Atlantic region.

LoraxPRO’s mission is to increase the effectiveness of LEED project teams, decrease the costs associated with LEED certification, and increase the number of buildings seeking and ultimately achieving certification under the USGBC’s LEED rating systems. Our goal is to reduce cost as a barrier to LEED certification, so that every owner can attain the benefits and value of green building.
