Sollers Point Owner: Baltimore County, Maryland This Gold certified community center serves as the gathering and activity location for the Sollers Point and surrounding Baltimore County communities. Baltimore County saw this project as an opportunity to educate the buildings staff and visitors about the green features used to achieve LEED certification. Signage placed throughout the building highlight included regional materials, low-emitting materials, certified wood, water efficiency, recycling, construction waste management, and daylighting. |
