The Woodberry Owner: Klein Enterprises and Manekin 2001 West Cold Spring Lane, also known as The Woodberry, is a mixed-use development project by Klein Enterprises and Manekin located in north Baltimore, at the juncture of Cold Spring Lane and Interstate 83. It will include significant residential and retail spaces in close proximity to the light rail and hiking and biking trails. The project also represents a win for the local environment, as the site will experience significant environmental remediation to clean up the remnants of its past use as a BG&E gas storage facility. |
