This rating system focuses on larger, community scale projects, and involves a lot more community involvement than traditional rating systems to get a LEED Certification for the whole neighborhood!

WELL focuses on concepts like air, water, nourishment, light, fitness, comfort, and mind, to create a healthy space where people spend the majority of their time. The WELL Building Standard uses innovative, research-backed strategies to advance health, happiness, mindfulness, and productivity in our buildings and communities.
They may be called Verifiers instead of APs, but we can’t forget about Andrea and Tim, our resident NGBS verifiers. Andrea and Tim work on residential housing projects to verify compliance with the National Green Building Standard. Tim and Andrea come out to your project site to make sure your construction is going according to plan and check on your insulation. Andrea is even an NGBS Partner of Excellence for 2016!

Krystal can guide you through the Green Globes Certification process as Lorax’s Green Globes Professional. Green Globes can be used for a wide range of commercial, institutional and multi-residential building types including offices, schools, hospitals, hotels, academic and industrial facilities, warehouses, laboratories, sports facilities, and multi-residential buildings.
Guiding Principles Compliance
How do federal agencies assess and measure their compliance with the federal Guiding Principles for sustainability? There’s An AP for That. Kristy can give you a hand — she’s a Guiding Principles Compliance Professional! The Guiding Principles Compliance Assessment Program, offered by the Green Building Initiative, is the first third-party assessment and rating program designed specifically for federal agencies to assess compliance with the federal Guiding Principles.
